Tony Abraham
Director, Nest Living Ltd

Jarrod Bruce
Director, Nest Living Ltd
Tony is a founding shareholder and director of Nest Living Limited.
Tony began his career at ASB Bank in New Zealand before joining Investment Banks Rabobank and Credit Suisse First Boston in the UK.
After returning to New Zealand in 2002, Tony has focused solely on the property finance sector with a significant number of those transactions being residential developments comprising a mix of subdivision, high-density low-rise townhouses and high-rise apartments.
Tony has a passion for well-considered urban development and the need to match design and specification for specific uses so completed houses meet market demand – whether that be social housing, mid-market housing or high-end residential use.
With over 20 years in Banking and Finance, Tony has developed considerable experience in commercial negotiation and structuring with a view to achieving a win-win scenario for all key stakeholders - in the context of Nest Living this especially includes the buyers of our end houses.
Nest Living Limited is a partnership with Pearlfisher Capital, an established non-bank lender and equity investor in the New Zealand property market. The partnership with Pearlfisher Capital brings a wealth of development experience and relationships to each Nest Living project.
